New Account Inquiries


To set up a New Account, please email us a request for paperwork and specify the preferred method of payment (Credit Card or Purchase Order). Once we receive your email request, you will be sent a secure DocuSign link with detailed instructions and the required forms to be completed, which may include:

  • New Account Form
  • Standard Rental Agreement
  • Credit Card Authorization

All required forms must be completed and submitted prior to commencement of Rental Services. 

Please note: We will not accept any documents for processing before a DocuSign link has been distributed. All productions must request and complete paperwork for each new job.
